Artifacts when try to recorder RAW

I got a some kind of problem when I try to recorded in RAW, no matter which resolution I choose
I have not idea what is going on, any ideas why is happened like this ?

camera : canon 700d,
card: SanDisck sdhc, 16gb, 30mb/s  (SDSDU-016G-U46)

That's the pink dot issue with the 650D/700D hybrid focusing points. You must use a post processing app to remove them, like the PinkDotRemover or one with Chroma Smoothing. This issue is discussed extensively within this forum, just search 'Pink dot removal tool'.
