Hello.
I have just installed Magic Lantern in my Canon 5d Mark ii and I can see that the AF does not work at all..when I am in Live view mode.
Any help you be much appreciated because I really do not know what I have to do.
The button on the lens is at AF and still nothing.
Please let me know what do you think because i cannot solve this.

Thank you in advance.

Don't know if there is another way, but use the AF-ON button on the back of the camera, might depend upon button functions being set to default for it to work.

Thank you very much for the advice but still nothing .
It looks that the AF does not work when it is in live view mode.

Try the '*' / 'zoom out (-)' button. If that doesn't work, then try resetting to canon factory defaults and try again the AF-ON and zoom out buttons, maybe some buttons have been remapped?
