T3i with 95MB/s card won't record RAW

T3i/600D stops recording after 61 frames of RAW.  The card is a SanDisk Extreme Pro - 64GB, 95 MB/s.  I keep formatting the card with no change.  Help!

What size are you recording at? As you should know, 600D has a strong limitation because slow card controller. No more than 21 MB/s, matter your card...

Practically doesn't work at any size.  Can get some footage at 640x368, but at that point, I feel like I should just shoot JPEG
