Invalid Raw: Issue

Hey guys,

First time posting here, was hoping someone could offer me some help about this.
Basically, it looks like 90% of my RAW videos are producing an error message "Invalid RAW: A/DCIM/"...etc. I've tried changing as many of the relevant settings as i can see, but it looks like it keeps happening regardless.
Running a buffer test the speeds look good (~110), but i'm just more curious as to what is producing this message as opposed to just skipped frames and stopping (like on my slower card)?
The card is formatted in exFat alloc 1024, so maybe this is causing it? Ill keep running some tests, however any help would be greatly appreciated!

Apologies if this has already been asked a million times, i tried searching as best i could but couldn't really find anything.

Just to update this, i have also experienced the error on a different card (san disk extreme 60mbs 32gb) but far less frequent than on the larger faster card.

Anyone have any ideas?
