Magic Lantern for 650D 1.0.2

Hello, everyone.
I've got the following problem... ML was installed on my Canon EOS 650D several years ago. Firmware version (as I can see in camera menu) is 1.0.2 with Magic Lantern. Unfortunately SD card with ML was lost and now I cannot neither install latest version of ML (works with 1.0.4 firmware version only) nor upgrade camera firmware from 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 (says "Update file cannot be found"). Can anyone help me with the following:
1. Get ML for 650d 1.0.2 (Google wasn't able to help me (( )
2. Understand if I'm able to update camera firmware from 1.0.2 ML to 1.0.4 without ML on the SD card

Any help would be appreciated.
