Need to find file "h264.ini"

I've been lurking on this site for quite a long time and finally decided to make the move and installed ML on my 5D III today.  For some reason, I can't get load H264.ini, nor can I find the file anywhere.  Can anyone direct me to the right place?  Thank a million in advance.
