600D Stuck at SRaw

So for still photos, the image quality is stuck at sraw, and won't let me change it to anything else under any of the menus.  I tried uninstalling ML from my card, then I tried uninstalling ML from the camera AND the card.  Nothing changed.  Is my camera boned?  What in the world can I do?  Thanks guys.

Oh, and I had 2.3, updated to nightly.  When I noticed this, I changed back to 2.3, which also didn't change anything.

I had this happen to me a couple of months ago and got it fixed. This is the post where I helped someone else with the same problem.

Thank you so much dslrrookie2.  Yes, I did have it installed for a short time.  I went back and changed it.  Everything's hunky dory now.  Thank you thank you thank you.
