A new 4K recorder will come this year. So I have a question: Would it be possible to shoot 4k raw video on canon 550d\6d\5dm3 (etc.) with external recorder?

Sounds like a ****ing nice question  :D :D :D

Is the HDMI port of the 5D Mark III 4K capable ?  ???

// I don't think the use of language was really necessary on this occasion.  Audionut.

Max hdmi output is only 1080 and it is very hard to hack it to 4k. (Not possible)

If it were recording in 4K it would only be stretching up 1920x1080, which is already stretched up from a lower resolution on the 550D anyway.

Will 1080p RAW be possible?

Not using an external recorder. Even if the 550D outputs 1080p from the HDMI it would be upscaled and it wouldn't be RAW.

In RAW video mode in ML it's technically already possible. In crop mode one can record RAW at 2512 by 1080 px.
However the card can't write quick enough so you will probably only get a few frames of recording.
New advances may change this. The camera records 14bit raw, if a conversion in camera can change this to 12bit, then it will be able to record much faster.
But that may or may not be able to be done, so basically a waiting game.
