Problem with auto focus in live view

Now the question, I have a problem with the auto focus when I want to take a picture in live view with my 5D mark iii, this problem can be solved?

and other questions, I can record sound when I'm recording video in raw?

The problem is that the auto focus does not work when I want to take a picture in live view.

Regarding the sound, try to load the modules named: mlv_rec, mlv_snd  (dont use at the same time as raw_rec).
