you can always get the filter to remove the moire and aliasing from mosaic engineering.  Its $365 not cheap, but still way less than upgrading to a 5D.

As far as Raw shooting goes, 720p for continuous is good enough for most people I'd say.  I've seen some short films with the 6D on youtube and they look terrific.
