Hi,

I loved some features on my 550d therefore I decided to install ML on my 7D.
I downgraded my firmware from 2.0.5 to 2.0.3. Downloaded the ML files. Put them
on a formated CF Card (32GB), resetted all settings at the cam and tried to install ML
on the 7D... As far as the firmware update starts (0%) I get the message :

"Update file error. Please check the memory card and reload the battery and try again"...

Any idea how to slove that?

anytime I had a firmware hangup on my 7D either Canon or ML I put in a different battery.... would always work for me.

Maybe someone else will have some other idea other than doing what was suggested by the update process but like I said worked every time for me.

I used a other card reader and it worked. Thanks so far. Is it correct that the nightly downst support dual iso? I couldnt find it...

See module tab. You have to load dual_iso.mo first.
