I haven't touched Magic Lantern in a while since i got a 70D,  but i just recently got a EOS M for a First Person View for my Wildlife Photography.  So far it works well but i want to squeeze a bit more Quality out of the Camera.  I have a 32GB Sandisk Extreme Pro 45 MB/s and a Sony 64GB 40MB/s Card.  Below is an example of the Quality.  I know i can push the Quality more but how far can i go to still have continuous Video and what are some basic settings to recommend?

I use 64G Transcend 600x U1 cards, I set the CBR at 1.4x. Record audio as well no problems. I leave it recording for hours at a time to capture hummingbirds, sometimes it will auto re-start and I lose a few seconds,  but with a freshly formatted card this happens rarely.

Best thing you can do is test it yourself, and run the ML card speed test.
