Auto-load h264.ini

Is there a way to load custom h264.ini settings directly on camera start for the 5D3? Maybe this topic has already been dealt with but I was not able to find any relevant information in a search. Thank you very much!

The interface will be polished once you (or anyone else) will come up with a solid conclusion regarding bitrate improvements (with relevant samples).
