SD Cards for recording raw video

Hi friends,

What is the minimum speed your SD card must be the record raw on a 550D / 60D etc?

Also what is the recommended/optimum speed?

(I don't want to buy a 60mb/s card if I don't need it, but I want to get the best possible quality out of my 550D)

The card reader on both is capped at 21MB/s so anything above that would be useless.
