60D versus 700D

Hi guys,

First post. In terms of ML features, which would you rather have: the 60D or the 700D?

I'm mostly a stills guy, but also appreciate good video (I hate h.264 video for the most part and I got spoiled by a Blackmagic camera that I had to sell when I moved).
