HEEEELP ! Is my 700D Broken due to ML ? :5

Hi everybody (sorry for my English it's not my language). So I got a big proleme. I recently bought a Canon EOS 700D. I wanted to use it for video so I decided to setup ML. I tryed to modify parameter but at a moment the camera just Froze ! I switched it off and from that time I can't restart my 700D Is it broken I saw at the last time just before the freeze that it was in 1080P with 60fps (impossible) did it impact my canon Please answer I'm in panic !

Remove the battery and wait at least 10 sec, put it in again and turn the camera on. In case this doesn't help, remove memory card, put it in a cardreader and install ML files anew. During this time remove the battery again.

Just in case this happens again, remove the battery quickly, because there might be still something going on within the camera and it could heat up.
