Using Multiple CF Cards

How do I get my current Magic Lantern configuration to work on multiple CF cards? So I can change cards?

(If it matters, I'm using the EOS 5Dc Beta 4.)

Formatting the CF card failed to bring up the Magic Lantern format program. I lost the Magic Lantern config. It was a fun experiment. Time to restore the Canon firmware.
