5D3 - Automatically adjusting aperture *Video Included*

I have an issue that seems to have come on since installing magic lantern, or maybe its just a coincidence..
When I zoom in the I hear a clicking noise as if the aperture keeps adjusting and flickering automatically. The f stop numbers dont change on the screen but clearly the aperture is being adjusted. This doesn't happen when the aperture is on the lowest fstop and doesn't happen when the lens is fully zoomed out.

This ONLY happens when set to video mode and even with the magic lantern SD card removed Really need some help if anyone can shed any light on it?
