Bulb mode half shutter timer

Hey guys!

I tried to search and couldn't find it anywhere, if a topic already exists about this subject I'm sorry in advance!

I was wondering if it's possible to change the timer when you are in Bulb mode and press half shutter, from 2 seconds to something more, like 10 or so?
It would be nice as I'm trying lightpainting at the moment and this is quite a fuss!

You could use the intervalometer to start the bulb timer. That will let you set as much start delay as you would like.

A wireless shutter release might not be a bad idea either (esp. considering what you're doing). They're fairly cheap and have a great wide variety of uses.
