5D MarkIII firmware upgrade, ML removal

Hello

I have installed the alpha ML, I had to downgrade the canon firmware to 1.1.3, now I want to remove ML and upgrade back, what should I do exactly? ML is on SD card, I dont use it anymore.

If you are running the alpha version, there was not bootflag enabled in camera.  Simply upgrade to whatever Canon firmware you want.  Remove the bootflag from the cards.

If you were running a nightly build, you should follow the installation/uninstallation procedure here.
