60fps in 640x480 t3i

i'm new here so maybe this isn't the right place for this question but whatever..

Is it a way to get 60 fps or more from canon t3i/600d in 640x480 mode ?
i tried using the FPS override but the video i got was some kind of weird timelapse thing..

i want this resolution cause i'm mainly filming skateboarding with fisheye and this way i get the most out of the wideness of the fisheye, cause in 16:9 the camera crops the upper and lower part of the frame.
