i feel honored, but give @baldand with M|RAWViewer a chance (he's on the way) and possibly @1% or @a1ex will implement premiere-functionality into mlv_dump. Finally Mac-User can start playing natively with Premiere.

Hi, can you please provide more details on the steps you followed ?
1. open raw2cdng
2. drag and drop all your clips in raw2cdng *( make sure you check the party mode in raw2cdng)
3. navigate the folder where you would like to save the converted cdng files and start converting
4. now import you converted cdng files in premiere pro

*just try for yourself. this this the fastest way.
*converting to dng will take so much time in your workflow and premire pro does not support dng so you wil have to convert it again in    proress in after effects or lightroom and sync audio manually which will take so many days if you have many clips

Thanks for your answer! No ACR controls, right?

At the moment am using the August 2nd build (5D3 and imac, Rawmagic, premiere pro cs6)

Will this workflow work for mac users?
Which is the latest working build?
Will RAWmagic work?
Will sound be recorded in the same CF cards?

Sorry for all this questions, is just that when you ask questions here, it seem to anger people and they just say "check the forum" without assisting by implementing direct link (and we all know things are littered all over the forum) .

it seems, thomas worth (rawmagic) is coming next with a new version, so, for mac-users actually there is M|RawViewer, for Win raw2cdng and M|RawViewer as well.

"At the moment am using the August 2nd build (5D3 and imac, Rawmagic, premiere pro cs6)" - Please get yourself a newer version. So much has changed in the past...oh...7 months...that there is absolutely no reason to use such an old build.

"Will this workflow work for mac users?" - Not quite yet. CDNG files exported from RAWMagic are currently not quite cool in Premiere Pro (they have a pink cast). MLRawViewer does a bit better, but not perfect. It's coming, but not quite yet.

"Which is the latest working build?" - The one that comes out today!

"Will RAWmagic work?" - RAWMagic works with .raw and not currently .mlv. CDNG will need to be converted to ProRes first before you edit, and the quickest way to do so is to use Resolve.

"Will sound be recorded in the same CF cards?" - Sound is only supported with .mlv recording. Yes, it will be recorded on the same card that you tell it to.
