Does ML video have a way to eliminate scan lines from a monitor screen?

I am video recording (60D) an over-the-shoulder view of a Wacom Cintiq tablet. The one with the built in monitor.

But, of course, the resulting video recording shows scrolling scan lines on the Cintiq.

Is there a setting or trick I can use to reduce or eliminate these scan lines?
