is there any way you could introduce some sort of folders like on the higher end models? so its easier to organise pics via place ect ?

What is possible is to change the file prefix (for example, to have ABC_ instead of IMG_).

That would help me out! :) as I do a lot of club work would've easyer to organise them by club prefix :)

Even prefixing the date before the picture number (YYYYMMDD_1234) would greatly help me because often i get duplicate file names. Im shutter happy and it sucks having to rename 1000+ pictures

you can let your computer rename those files automatically. on windows it's possible and i guess on OSX too
