menu adjustments lagging (iso, shutter) menu freezes

entering the menu to change ISO there is a lag of at least 5 seconds before the ISO actually changes. hitting the right or left select more than once creates identical lag times between each change. shutter changes within the menu create the same lag. the rest of the menu and the white balance does not experience the same lag problem. however, i experience the same lag when attempting to exit the menu via trashcan.

ALSO. once after changing and then exiting ISO to go back to the EXPO menu, it did not stick on the EXPO tab but instead cycled through all menu tabs before camera automatically turned off live view.

this is fairly critical as each adjustment to ISO inside the ML menu lags long enough for live view to shut off.

I've been running ML on this camera for over a year. i use it 4 days a week and have never had a problem.
