tiny menu display

I've just installed ML but the menu display is considerably smaller than any instructional video or other pictures I've seen.  Sorry if the solution is obvious but I'm unable to figure it out.  Everything seems to work but it would be nice not have to slip on glasses every time I use the camera!  I"ve noticed the menu items have a thick and bold look - not mine.

Your fonts are probably broken, re-copy all the files to your card and make sure you get all of them. I think 2.3 should be installed first, then the nightly over that.

I have only installed the stable supported version.
