Upscaling/Uprezzing with this workflow

I record at 1280x512 with a 600D and use this workflow. http://nofilmschool.com/2013/09/tutorial-canon-5d-mark-iii-magic-lantern-raw-offline-online/ I would like to upscale/uprez (same thing?) to 1920x768. At what point in this workflow should I uprez? Some input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Exp. the Cineform or Lagarith on your software and use, for example, Video Enhancer
