Modules do not stay "on" after turning off camera

Hey guys I'm having a problem in that every time I turn off the camera I have to manually turn on the raw modules and select the resolution I want.  I don't remember having to do this EVERY time.  Is there  a way to keep the modules on, so that they're ready to go as soon as I turn on my camera?

Delete all of the ML files and folders from the card, do not format.

Then download the latest nightly build for your camera, extract the files, copy to your card, see if that fixes it.
