No raw file to be found - instead .mov

New to this, almost there but when recording raw with 5d markii I end up with a .mov file on my card. Thanks for your help.

Then you didn't actually record raw. Did you load the module and enable it in the menu?

Read the instructions more carefully, try again...rinse, repeat.   :D

Under video I have raw video - on and raw video (mlv) - I still have no M on the far right side on the menu.
Under module I have raw_rec ok.

The camera says RAW on the top lcd menu while recording after selecting Raw video.
