Raw video loading problem

   Hey all.
  Sorry if this cind of question was posted earlyer but I didn't have enught time to google it, so I'll just describe the problem.
I've installed the ML with RAW module on a 8gb card for my canon 5dmkII and everything works fine, but when I try to do the same thing on a 16gb or 64gb card a problem appears. The ML installs nornally but when I go to modules and set the RAW VIDEO ON it tells me that RAW Video will be available after booting the device. So I did, but after every booting (switching off or even taking out the battery) ML in modules for RAW video shows me the same message, that raw video will load after booting the device.
What to do ??
