How does one find the firmware to downgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.1.3 compatible with Mac? I'm obviously wanting to install Magic Lantern on my Mark III, but I am having difficulty finding a Mac tutorial.  Any help with the aforementioned would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need anything Mac specific to upgrade/downgrade the camera's firmware. You just need the 1.1.3 .fir file to copy on to a memory card and then flash via the Canon menu.
