Unable to find extra functionality RAW etc.

I thought I had followed all the instructions for installing ML but I don't seem to have a complete build (that lets me shoot RAW etc).

I've installed a couple of nightly builds with the hope that this would sort out this problem - I have seen changes since installing a build - but no dice with the RAW stuff etc.

I've not bothered installing the boot flag - I'm happy to restart ML each time

Even though I've replaced the original build with nightly builds it still says: v.2.3.NEXT.2012Nov08.5D3113

??

I'm sure there's a simple answer to this and I'm just showing myself to be a bit of a Nuby.
