That's the right document. I've seen it before, but thanks for digging it up.
I've translated the scene linear to F log curve in to MLV App's expression format. Here you go:(x < 0.00089) ? (8.735631 * x + 0.092864) : (0.344676 * log10(0.555556 * x + 0.009468) + 0.790453)
......

You can implement F log yourself. Select rec2020 primaries(F log uses them), then write the log curve formula forums as transfer function (you'll need to google it to find the formula).

I think you can try this : exporting with Alexa Log-C preset from MLV App, and then in Resolve Davinci, with the plugin CineMatch, you can easily convert the resulted Arri Log video to a F-Log curve.

I don't get what you don't get. A "1920x1080 1x1 RAW"...(explanation) If you still don't get it, I don't know how to make it clear to you. I am giving up, sorry.

Try to desaturate your shadows (dark areas). It has too much red color in it

ML never had a crop mode in photo mode other than silent pic.

Choose "2.5K 2520x1418" mode and select 16:9. That's all.

Don+´t touch those settings at all. Should be at max.

There are 2 different 2.5K modes. One brings 1920x1080, the other 2192x1234 for 16:9 ratio.
