Thank you, good to know that the highest temperature is in the EXIF data ...

I am using RAW Therapee which cannot read EXIF data from CR3 RAW files, used on newer canon models. Therefore I cannot answer that right now. If someone knows another free tool which can do that, please let me know!

exiftool -h IMG_1234.CR3 >t.txt
Writes all EXIF Data to File. Then you can search for Camera Temperature

Displays the values of several temperature sensors. TEMP(A) seems to be the sensor of the main CPU.

It would be interesting to know which temperature value can be found in the EXIF data of the RAW file.

So far confirmed to exist on:
PowerShot SX740
EOS M50
EOS R, RP, R5, R6
EOS 250D

Works as well on EOS M6 Mk2, G5X Mark II and  90D.

Also with EOS Utility 3.13.10?

No the Script runs only on M3, M10 and M100.(I wrote the M with CHDK).
The link was only intended as an example to show what to look for..

I would just shoot with my mobile with Lightroom you also can you get RAW pictures.

I have never seen a mobile with which you can make reasonable time-lapses directly in the sun. There are usually a lot of flares and the core of the sun is very washed out.

I am a fan of Timelapses and for now i have used qDslrDashboard with my 5D3.
Everything is going well but if, for exemple, a car passes by, ETTR will adjust the shutter speed and will make it shorter for the next picture.
I would like to avoid that.

There is a very good time-lapse script for the EOS M with CHDK, in which you can set the maximum size of the changes in EV (Max Ev change).

Because there it is clearly pointed out that you can not use EOS Utility to downgrade 1.3.6 I strongly suggest to re-read said instructions and begin following them.

Since EOS Utility works for downgrading the R6, you should test every camera with it.

With the R6 from 1.2.0 to 1.1.1 it worked eos utility .

What is the advantage of this method?
With eos utility a Downgrade works also...

Work really well. They remember the last setting and you can use Quick Charge 3 to set the voltage in 0.2V steps.

At the moment CHDK cannot be reached at all ...

I don't have an R yet myself, but the menu is locked with EF-S lenses. This is not a problem with Sigma lenses. The EF-S 55-250 works really well with the 6d with intermediate rings.

TotalShutter value seems to be invalid here. Could someone else with an RP run that script too and post the results here?

But not in the other examples.

It's probably because there is a mechanical shutter and electronic shutter.

M50 has also an TotalSW2 count...

The Canon Basic Code creates a CameraInfo.xml file.
The file contains information such as TotalShoot, TotalRunningTime, ErrorList ...
I would be interested in a CameraInfo.xml from an R5 and R6, especially one that has already crashed.

Edit: I just counted and found that there is a total of 26 buttons (including dials and joystick directions) on the R6. Assuming that there are 2 input combinations to start the script, there are a possible 26x26 = 676 combinations that are possible to be the solution XD
