I don't know anything about wedding films but your footage looks great. What cameras and lenses did you use? (Edit: ah, found that listed in your comments under the film in YouTube, thanks.)

There are few graded footages I get this weekend by Canon 70D...

I'm sticking with Canon for that reason, too - plus I suspect the grass is not entirely greener on the other side.

Don't think videotape ever looked that good!  Some beautifully vibrant, crisp images you've got there, well done.

Very nice images, a little wobble on some shots and I guess the aerial ones weren't using a DSLR?  Anyway, very interesting, as it's a very different landscape to my own (England).

I've been using this for a couple weeks (me and anDyIII know each other outside this forum) and can also confirm it works 100% on the latest 123 with no pink frames. 

@beauchampy please advise how I use this new module - I'm using 1.2.3 Nightly Build 7 Aug 14 -
- Do I just put this new module file over the old one on my ML card in the camera and restart?
- Or is it more involved than that?  e.g. do I replace the module file, then do a complete ML uninstall then reinstall?

Glad there are more options. Do you feel that the Aputure's V-grip itself is sturdy enough to withstand the normal abuse of run 'n gun type of shooting on set like as if it were a "normal hand grip on a rig" so to speak?

Probably not.  It's not cheaply made, but certainly not the stuff of my (Lanparte) metal rig.  The buttons on mine all still work as intended after a couple of years, but I can't say it's been subjected to a rough life.  I could see even a short, accidental drop of a rig to the ground on the V-grip may damage the plastic casing and/or the connector to the rail clamp.

Format the card in your computer, then format the card in your camera, then restart your computer.

I use my 5D3s on both a shoulder rig and Ronin-M.  To remote start/stop both .mov and .mlv I use this: http://www.aputure.com/blog/2014/02/v-grip-usb-focus-handle-vg-1/ which can also control focus and aperture on an autofocus lens, plus can form one of the handles of a shoulder rig.

Canon remote switch RS-80N3 https://store.canon.co.uk/canon-rs-80n3-remote-switch/2476A001/ also starts/stops both .mov and .mlv as OP suggests.

Fascinating, thanks for sharing, it's a part of the world I've never even been close to.  Personally, I found some of the editing too frantic for me, but I guess that's to show some of the excitement of the trip?

I like!  What lenses did you use?  Any lights or just ambient/natural?

Very nice shots, I particularly like the interviews and paint abstracts.

I did something similar:

• imported 1080 DNGs into PS
• exported as 4K tiffs
• imported into FCPX and created a 4K clip

I think I noticed a slight increase in sharpness but it is a) laborious and b) storage hungry - each c2Mb DNG grew to a c24Mb tif.
Would be very interested to hear what others have found.

Meh, IDK what is wrong, this is very strange. Maybe something wrong with OSXFuse installation. It's really strange that MLVFS will display the command line help, but you get the no such file error when you actually try to use it.
