Necessary to unlock the lock and then press the shutter
Depends on the lens, on your 11-22 if you do that first, yes, it works, this issue appears on non-collapse lenses too like the 18-55 and there is no known fix (besides using only some SD cards)

There are plenty of issues here unfortunately, like:
* you can't subscribe to a thread
* you are subscribed if you posted on it
* but after that you can't unsubscribe

If you want a fast workflow while still keeping 14bit raw, you need to get the cDNGs to a real folder on a hard drive, preferable SSD.
So why not host the MLV on a SSD then?

it got me! i was all over the internet looking for a solution LOL
Really? Where? On Facebook? Admit it, it's a lie, everyone came here to complain or on Bitbucket to make an issue: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

Why not use a search engine ( "magic lantern error 0x000000aa" ) ? It's in the first five as last year was covered pretty good.

I'm not familiar with MLVFS.
Get.
MLRawViewer is no longer developed since Dec 2014.

The small files are created on open anyway.

What format did you choose to export in?
Did you choose the folder where to export?

Is MLVFS not working for you?

Ok, I know this has to have been asked before. But is there a place to get an old stable release with the help files?

You have this forum... and its search function... go bleeding edge :)

It's not in, you need a special build.

An older one from @dpjpanone:

If you want to try to record 44fps in 1080p crop mode, you have to set the compression method to ALL-I under "video hacks", just don't forget to set it back to IPP before you turn video hacks back off (read the menu comments)

With MLVFS you don't need to extract the files somewhere else.
#141
You've just replaced AUTOEXEC.BIN and not deleted ML-SETUP.FIR (or whatever the FIR is named), right?
#142
So you've enabled the dual_iso module and restarted and?

EOS M, auto UI, warmup 64Mb

mlv_rec = 1728x... records >1000frames
mlv_lite = frameskip after 2 secs

mlv_rec = 1280x... records continously
mlv_lite = frameskip after 30 secs

Any script in mind?

Read the first post there.

CPU & SSD I guess.

Also, do give MLVFS a try (see my previous post), as MLRawViewer is no longer developed for some time now, last release date of 2014-12-12 should give everyone a hint.

Although, better try to get MLVFS working: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=13152.0

This is no longer developed, while MLVFS is now working towards greatness on Windows too.
