I would like to use slient pics with the interavolmeter using the camera setting (shutter speed, apeture and iso) that it is set at. for example i want to take 10 second long exposures at f9 with iso 100. how can i accomplish this with silent pic dng and the iteravolmeter?

I wanted to know if there is a feature of taking raw pictures without using the shutter. basically i dont want to kill my shutter actuations when doing timelapses.

Maybe the 5D3. Digic 4 in the older cams may not be fast enough for dng at 24fps. . . . But then again, I could be wrong!

I would love to see this new piece of hardware and processing power that the Mark 3 brings put to full use. I might be aiming too high here but bitrate and output like the GH2 hacked would be awesome! It would be great to see sharp video like that come out of the mark 3
