Thank u for porting to 1.0.4.
Did a full day shoot on 27 July nightly build and am pleased to report no issues, where primary features were used... peaking, zebra, audio (no meters of course), 5x zoom were good. However fps was at 1.0x and magic zoom not used.
One thing I did miss was the shortcut button to change WB. Using the ML menu to change WB was OK except that I can't change it while recording.
Once again, very appreciative of your time &  efforts.
Cheers

Tried the 26/6 build and can't find the shortcut feature which allow quick changes to WB, ISO & LCD brightness etc..
(previously triggered via the Disp button on 600D)
Am i missing something?  :P

There may be an alpha before Xmas after all.... what features would you like to be featured in the upcoming Alpha 1?

1) focus peaking
2) histogram

happy holidays!

General Chat / Re: What camera are you running ML on?
November 03, 2012, 12:39:24 AM
our team uses 5dm3, 5dm2, 550d & two 600d

possibly in future...
6d as a cheaper alternative to 5dm3
eos-m as a lighter weight gluidecam alternative to 550d/600d

keep up the great work!  :)

hi,

i intend to use the SD slot for storing ML Alpha 1 and CF slot for storing video files.
Is there a way to 'lock' video recording to the CF slot even after a reboot?

regards

General Help Q&A / shortcuts, audio & magic zoom
July 25, 2012, 09:25:06 AM
I tried and have 2 qns, currently using 600D & ML 2.3...

1) Shortcut menu doesn't support audio in/out adjustments

2) How can i configure L:int/R:ext (or L:ext/R:int) ?

3) Although it is mentioned in the menu's help, press [Info], half shutter press to trigger Magic Zoom when recording is not supported.

Am I correct? :-\

Regards
