I have the same problem. All my 32 and 64GB cards work, but now 128GB is giving me "Update file cannot be found. Please check the memory card and reload the battery and try again. Did anyone find a solution?

So I was referred to this thread by the ML twitter to fix what appears to be corrupted RAW files. Anyone know if this works? I see that there are a ton of FFFFFFF hexs at the end of my file but also sporadic patches throughout the file. Fixing the end enables me to run through the process of converting and then to lightroom but it's just Digital pink noise in LR.

On the Mac, I think the workflow which still makes the most sense is to use something like Resolve to batch output to ProRes for editing. I think ProRes is fine for finishing too actually, if you export at ProRes 422HQ using a LOG type of look, you'll retain pretty much most of the visual information that you need. Most people who shoot on the ARRI Alexa shoot in ProRes and not raw and they seem to be just fine with the quality output, so once you process the image sequences into ProRes, I don't know if you need to go back to the DNG format for finishing.
But yeah, use Resolve for batch creating the ProRes files...it's a whole lot faster.

Sorry, I don't know how you could recover those. That's why "Son of Batch" doesn't delete the originals.
Good luck

It's alarming, that raw2dng deletes files at all!
Thus creating the worst of all cases imaginable! The loss of files!
I would consider this as a really dangerous bug!
By the way: Did you ever encounter something like this with RAWMagic?

Try this method.
Copy youre RAW files straight to your external from your CF card,
Start RAW2DNG, drag RAW2DNG into the application and when asked to set a working folder choose no.
Drag the RAW files from the external, this will create a folder for the dng's using the default path of the RAW files.

Also, in ML menu make sure that centre framing mode is set to x5 mode

Here's a teaser for a music video I shot with my MarkII. I used two 32GB Komputerbay x1000 cards, and they were great!
For post-processing I used fatpig's BATCHelor exclusively and it worked like a charm. My workflow turned out pretty simple. I'd edit with the Cineform proxies straight out of BATCHelor, then opened the timeline in After Effects, replaced footage with the DNG's, corrected, then applied FilmConvert.
