First of all you have to upgrade to Canons latest Firmware 113 and after that you can install ML.

Ok, it's working with the audiometers and now I can format the card without losing ML.
And the biggest advantage: I don't need EOScard anymore, this means that I don't need Windows anymore in my Virtualbox in Ubuntu :-)
A big thanks to all the devs.

Thanks, this is great.  ;)
Are the audio meters still active in this latest nightly build for the 1.1.3 firmware and are they always visible, even when not recording video?

This is great guys, thanks.
I just tried recording the sound and the bars are working very smooth.
I wanted to change the volume (1 to 5) but it seems that this is not working yet. Is that possible?

After playback you just have to press the shutter release button to go back to video mode  ;)

@ lifanek:
I got Follow Focus working now after disabling the Movie Servo AF. Thanks.
And it's also possible to choose Auto White Balance in the Live View Mode. Just press the Quick button and then there is also an empty button on the screen. Select this and then just press on the AWB button on the screen, this is not possible to do with the left/right/up/down buttons.

I tried Follow Focus but it doesn't react on the up/down/left/right keys.

Edit: I got Follow Focus working now after disabling the Movie Servo AF.

I have switched on the Focus Peak and if I connect an external screen with a HDMI cable then I get a horizontal bar of dots on the screen like this:

This problem only occurs when the Image Buffer is set to Low-res.
This problem is not very consistent because yesterday I had no Horizontal bar of dots but it where random dots on the screen, described like in this topic: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=5119.msg30648#msg30648 , the only difference was that I had this problem in both Photo and Video mode.
For the rest, everything is working great without any crashes.

I just installed ML on a small SD card and switched the 700D on and .... so far so good.
The first time I switched on the camera it said "Enable boot disk". I made this sd card bootable in Ubuntu with Gparted by setting the bootflag on.
But this was not enough I think. So I used EOScard.exe on a Windows computer and selected "EOS_develop" and "Bootdisk" in the menu and then copied the necessary files on the SD card and the problem was solved.

I did go through all the menus and there is a lot off stuff in it.
Everything seems to be very logical.
Thank you guys for this great work.
If I should find some strange things then I will give some feedback.

Hi, I just bought my first HDSLR camera, the 700D a week ago and yesterday I came across this amazing Magic Lantern firmware update.
I hope you can manage this firmware to work with the 700D in the future.
But first I have to read a lot of things on this forum concerning the firmware.
Thanks for all the effort to make this happen.
