I would root and was close to. but don't want to have to deal with having to backup my phone. 4.2.2 should be coming out this month and should fix this.

Sorry about not replying didn't see the response. From what I have read the usb is limited  the next update will supposedly will fix my problems when it comes out. Flash drives and game pads  do work but every things else seem to not.  With a little research I found dslr controller will work on my htc one with a custom kernel so I'm guessing that would solve this? I'll probably just wait for the update.

When using this on my t2i with the Fps override and Fps ramping under 1 fps . My camera will  freeze and give me an error 80. I'll post a video documenting the problem once it uploads (I could not find if this had been mentioned)

Too many noobs if you are going to post in a forum do a little research. ;D        So when the admins and devs see your post they don't go from this :D to this  >:( because you are asking  for stupid things like 4k video on a t2i.

General Help Q&A / Ml controller on htc one
April 20, 2013, 06:03:11 AM
Not sure where the best place to ask this is. So I got a new phone (htc ONE) and was wondering if it would be possible for ml controller to work on the device I saw where dslr controller by chainfire works with the HTC ONE X so my thinking was that it would work with my phone it did not. I was also thinking for some reason that if dslr controller worked ml controller would work too. Any ideas? I have an OTG cable and can plug my camera up to my phone but then it says this device is not supported. I might have to root my phone when I can. does any one think that will help? I have jelly bean.  Any help would be appreciated.

I shoot with a lot of manual  lenses and i've been thinking for a while how cool it would be if magic lantern could disable the lens not attached message. It would save a little time so I wouldn't have to push the rec button to tell the camera their is a lens attached

I just thought of this and couldn't  find any thing on the ML menu. My Idea is a simple level  so if your tripod does not have a bubble level. you can look on screen. I'm not sure if this is even possible   maybe just draw a line that can easily be turned of and on.
