Any de-zipper should be able to extract FIR from this EXE. It's a so called self-extracting archive (at least on Windows). Windows will extract the file by executing it.

Yep. Delete autoexec.bin, ML directory and *.FIR. Copy *extracted* contents to card not zip file itself.

Format card using cardreader.
Format card in cam.
Use EOScard or Macboot to make card bootable.
Delete all contents from card. Do NOT format card, just delete all files and directories.
Copy extracted ML contents to card.
Startup cam.

Installing the wrong version will tell you to use the other one.

"Modules tab" as in Modules screen as in Modules menu as in Modules board. Modules have to be activated before using. Do not mess with files and directories until you know what you are doing. Read linked user guide (work in progress, though).

Try running MLV. 700D will be able to record 720p24. Recommended: ExFAT file system on card.

700D's SD-card interface is limited to about 41 MByte/s writing.

Issue with FRSP?

Liveview screen goes blank after taking pic. Using half-shutter button (short press) brings LV back).
Someone able to confirm this? Don't have a second cam at hand right now ...

SD-card interface write speed limit for EOS M: About 41 MByte/s.

Just format one card in cam (Q=delete ML option), update Canon firmware. Delete Canon firmware, copy latest nightly build contents to card and run firmware update.
On other cards it is sufficient to delete ML directory, *.FIR and autoexec.bin and copy extracted nightly build contents to cards.

There was no DNG. The output was .cr2 and no i couldnt record with the sound disabled...

? FRSP will generate MLV or DNG. If it's CR2 you haven't used FRSP.

Users may ask: Where is this new installer?  If they are following your updated information installation will fail.

Looks like 600D has the updated installer.

I don't think so. Latest nightly was built April, 19th and project is disabled. No FIR in zip.
