Just wondering, what's the best settings for cinematic 1080p output with the least aliasing and nicest colours?

Hey guys and girls.
First EVER test with the EOS M and ML.
MCM Rewire, locked shutter and white balance.
However I did notice that I get frames where they are more magenta and then more green.
Almost like the white balance is thrown off randomly throughout the video.
Any help?
