Hi,

I wonder if there are any bolt trigger modules that works or any fast way to trigger the camera while a lightning is happening.

I know that there was a module called bolt trigger (buf_bolt.mo) by mk11174 but that module latest update was almost 8 years ago and its repository had been removed.

Is the motion detection with exposure as a trigger fast enough to capture a lightning?

What you are doing is truly remarkable, a1ex.

I am a 60D Magic lantern user, and now it's time to upgrade to full frame.
Would you advise me, please. Since I am focusing on video.
Should I buy the M-IV and wait for Magic lantern, buy M-III, move to Mirrorless or wait for the next big thing?

Do you know if the C-log upgrade for Mark IV will make it a different version than the regular one?
