Raw Video / Issue with Raw videos (pixelated screen)

Hey guys,
so I have a Canon 6D and have decided to install the magic lantern Nightly build. I have made some test shoots and installed the MLV Converter and DNG viewer along with Adobe After effects. Now the problem is that once I convert the clips into the DNG, the frames are all pixelated:

Anyone had this problem?
