Thanks a lot guys!

It was shot on a 5D3 in 1080 x 1920

Lenses used were Tamron 24-70 2.8 and a Canon 70-200 2.8

Aerials was done with a Phantom 4 (unfortunately without any ND's). Also my first time flying a drone, very interesting to say the least haha.

I processed the material with MLVFS, before it was handed off to an editor and later graded in Baselight.

We were three on set: a director, sound recordist (who also did the sound design) and myself. With me I brought a pair of Kino's (which I never used), slider and sticks.

Shot this promo back in August!

It was professionally graded and the colorist could not believe that it was shot on a DSLR.

Holy shit, congratulations! I am lost for words, you really know how to set the mood and walk that extra mile!

SOLVED - Reinstallation of MLVFS, FUSE, a good old restart and only vertical stripes ticked. Should have done all of this before crying, but I appreciate the attention!

What options do you have enabled? (some are quite slow)

Vertical stripes and dead pixels - might not need the latter one. Will try to reinstall MLVFS now, the .MLV's are using quite a while to load in MLVFS, strange thing - always been very reliable!

Excuse my ignorance, but I could not help to ask after trying countless times and not finding my answer in the nest of the thread. I just might be an idiot. Feel free to point me to page numbers.

I have earlier found MLVFS to be very quick, whether its dumping the DNGs directly into resolve or copying them to a drive - but now I no longer have that experience. The speed is at 0.4mb per second and Resolve is working awfully slow. Have tried updating FUSE, using both the virtual drive as well as the directed folder, I can't see the spinning wheel and I am on El Capitan 10.11.6

Cheers

Thanks a lot for the compliments Paul!

I am pretty new to Magic Lantern and raw, but can not state how much I love it!

A little film from my latest trip to the home-place of my girlfriend, the Lofoten Islands.

Brought along the 5D Mk3, Bolex 16/32 + HCDNA and two new little gems:

The Helios 44-2 Silver, which I have to say I did not become too fond of coming from the 44M. Might have just been an unfortunate sample, but way softer than my 44M as well as a blue-ish tint.

And the Jupiter 9 Silver, which I absolutely loved. Nicest colours of my assortment, not to mention impressive sharpness wide open (read a lot of hate on that part on-line).

Shot in 1748x 618 (or something) stretched to 2160x778
Let me know what you think, ask what you'd like or say hi!

Hi all,

First post and more to come! Have no clue how to express my excitement about this camera, especially in the times we are living in now!

A couple of months ago I made the switch from a7s for a 5DIII and I can't say I have looked back one second.

Here is my latest test, specs in Vimeo description:
