Hi everyone! Thanks devs for their great works! I've got a manual lens (Opteka 85 f/1.8, which is simply AWESOME for 100$ price) and I'm combining it with EF-S lenses in live view mode. Using Edge+Chroma focus peaking is nice, and allows me to snap pictures in manual focus easily, but it distracts greatly when framing with AF-capable lens. Here is what is propose: currently we have focus peaking turned OFF when shutter is half-pressed, I think inverting this is logical, we half-press shutter when we are focusing, and use color picture for framing/composing.

I've just run tests on 100D/SL1. Test 19.12 build for some hours of shooting with extensive use of ML photo pictures -- everything is OK for me. Cannot say anything about video because I don't shoot it.

I've got great stuck after stub tests run. Red card light didn't stop after some minutes after pushing switch to off state. Had to remove battery to get camera reboot. Reboot was a bit longer than usual. Currently ML is running normally.

p.s. Compared stub log to last poster's one -- looks like mine hanged abnormally. How can I help to debug it? I'm not able to build ML myself because my big and heavy laptop is at university's dormitory and lacks proper internet connection (biggest university at Ural thinks that students don't need stable internet access  :D ).

- 1100D and 5D2 are back (likely a build system issue; not sure if fixed; might come back later on other models)

100D is missing currently,may be it's affected by build system issue too? If you fix it, can you upload build for 100D of lua-fix, please?

There is no actual experiments build (lua-fix)  for 100D :(
Is it something wrong with build bot configuration? Or is current branch broken for 100D build?

Hi Nik! Thank you for your amazing work! ML works quite stable with january build. Is it possible to make an option in ML menu like "load ML on start" which would be invertable by pressing MENU button on start? Sometimes people need as max battery as possible :)

Reverse Engineering / Flash strobing fire with long exposure

I've got Canon 100D/SL1 DSLR and after reading some photos books I've got an nice idea -- my internal flash recharge time is about 3 seconds, and I can use long exposures like 10 seconds. Can I program flash firing as-fast-as-possible while shooting image with LUA API for multiply position freezing of persons?
I've checked through documentation of LUA.MO and didn't find any function to fire flash. I've seen only flash EC setup.
