Sounds fairly complicated, especially for someone who has no background behind it all,

Thanks anyway guys.

How would you do it with a Lua Script Garry23? that is all new to me with coding and all of that

A1ex: I looked at that list and it's not highlighted and not supported for my camera (650D) which is a bit of a shame unless it comes down the track over more builds for other cameras but am willing to wait.

One of the things that frustrate me is the 3 bar battery levels Canon have.

Is it possible to get Magic Lantern to "Talk" with the battery parts and display how much in a percentage approximately is remaining and possibly approximate run time also?

So I've tested it with my phone and pretty happy with the results sensitivity but I am not sure why this strange marks appear in the middle of the screen. Any ideas on how to remove it or am I missing a step in the set up process, I looked through the forum but couldn't find much. It is the latest build of the trigger as well as Magic Lantern.

It's on a Canon 650D camera, and ML is running on a Class 10 32GB SDHC Card.

I used my phone torch as a trigger.

Here is what it was set to:
White Balance - Daytime
15 FPS Override on Low Light
ISO 100
F 5/6
Resolution is 16:9 or 1728x972

Should I Lower the Resolution? The canon itself  is on 1920x1080 at 25FPS

Hi guys , I am hoping someone can help me with this,

I have seen the results of the use of this for day time and they seem to be fantastic.

My question is is how on earth do you view them on a PC? The basic photo viewer states they are not compaitble, guessing due to being completely in RAW format.

Setting it up is easy and did some test shots using my phone's torch to act as "lightning" but just want to know how to view them.

Thanks in Advance

Hi Guys, newbie here from Down Under in Australia.

First thing I'll say is WOW to those awesome lightning shots, rippers they are. How do you get the shots to look like that? All this is new to me and as a keen weather enthusiest this would be a very handy module to understand and use.

I have just recently put this module on as I bumped into it a few days ago and was thinking that this may be useful to have, I am going to test it out on Thursday as we do have the chance of storms from mid arvo.

How do you view these on a computer to save the best shots? I've looked and found some software on other forums but when I download it my anti-virus decides to remove it and I tell it to restore it but continues to, found another one but kept crashing.
Any sort of help would be appreciated as I use a Lightning trigger and has a nasty habit of triggering off false images.
