How did you end up changing the bit rate from 14bit to 11bit?
I take it you went to 11 bit because the camera is not capable of recording 14bit at 4k correct?

I would also like to know this.

Thats what I was thinking. I was just hoping someone may know know a workaround but thanks anyway for the quick reply.

Im having an issue recording to my ninja 2 when shooting RAW video with a resolution of 1856x650 and a frame rate of 48fps. (the only way to efficiently shoot slow motion RAW footage on the 5DMKIII

I am able to monitor and record on my ninja when shooting at 1920x1080 RAW video but for some reason I am monitor with the 1856x650 resolution and 48fps and not record.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, is there a solution?

there is a way for you to trigger the Atomos to start recording when not in RAW. You have to go into your "Timecode" settings on the Atomos Ninja and select HDMI as the trigger. you also have to go into your "Timecode" setting on your 5DMKIII and then "HDMI" then "Rec Command" and switch it to On.

When recording in Magic Lantern RAW, does anyone know how to have the 5DMKIII trigger the Atomos Ninja 2 to record prores when hitting record on the 5DMKIII?

It would make my life a hell of a lot easier.
