Raw Video / Dual Iso - How to convert / edit

Hello.

dying to get some help here. I did a shoot for a video, and foolish as I was, I shoot first half with dual iso activated. Im not that into ML yet. everything is recorded in MLV I have mystic to convert, but how do I treat the files? how to seperate?

Im using MLVMystic, works like a charm  and does batch conversion. even supports dual iso

Hi. All new to RAW video. just shoot a test with dual ISO and now trying to convert via the wonderful Mystic.
Q: How do I seperate the two iso files? So I get to clean DNG folders and not getting missing frames in AE.
